Names, phone numbers, or addresses entered in a search form pass to the outside provider that supplies the results. Our servers do not retain a separate copy of those searches. A message sent to us contains only what the sender chooses to provide, and that information is used to answer the inquiry.
Automatic Technical Data
Standard hosting logs may record an IP address, browser type, visited pages, and timestamps. Aggregated log data helps maintain the service and shows which resources visitors use. Cookies or comparable tools may also support basic analytics and advertising measurement when applicable.
How Information Is Used
Limited data supports site operation, troubleshooting, traffic measurement, and page improvements. We neither sell a visitor list nor create individual user profiles.
Privacy on Linked Services
Links may lead to official government portals, Coffee or Franklin County offices, Tennessee agencies, library collections, and outside search tools. Information entered after leaving this site is governed by the destination's privacy policy. Sponsored search results are also supplied by a separate company under its own terms.

Safeguards and Retention

This service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Contact us if a minor appears to have submitted personal data so it can be removed.
Your Privacy Rights
The Tennessee Information Protection Act, T.C.A. title 47, chapter 18, part 33, took effect July 1, 2025. For consumers and controllers within its scope, it provides rights to confirm and access, correct, delete, and obtain portable personal data, plus certain opt-outs. Statutory thresholds and exceptions apply. A request sent through the Contact page can cover our contact mailbox and server logs. Government records held by Tullahoma, Coffee County, Franklin County, or Tennessee remain under their custodians and are not erased by this privacy law.
